Important information about cancelling your order and refund timelines.
Cancelling Before Dispatch
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched from our store. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately via:

Once we confirm that your order has not yet been dispatched, we will process the cancellation and initiate a full refund to your original payment method.
Personalized & Custom Products
For personalized, custom-made, or made-to-order products, cancellations are only accepted within 2 hours of order placement, provided that production has not yet begun. Once production or customization has started, these orders cannot be cancelled.
After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, our Returns & Refunds Policy will apply. Please note that we do not accept returns for change of mind.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, you may raise a support ticket for your order or contact us via WhatsApp, phone, or email within 2 days of delivery.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds for cancelled orders are initiated manually within 1-2 business days. Once initiated, the amount is usually credited back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
For UPI and wallet payments, refunds are typically faster (2-5 business days). For credit and debit card payments, it may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account.
