Important information about our returns and refund process.
No Returns Accepted
We do not accept any returns once an order has been delivered. All sales are final. Please review your cart and product details carefully before placing an order. If you have any questions about a product, feel free to reach out to us before purchasing.
Damaged or Defective Product?
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as described, you must contact us within 2 days of delivery. You can reach us through any of the following methods:
- Raise a Support Ticket: Log in to your account, go to the Orders page, and raise a support ticket for the specific order mentioning the issue.

Please include clear photos of the damaged/defective product and the outer packaging along with your order ID. Once we receive your complaint, we will verify the details and initiate the required steps from our end, which may include a replacement or refund at our sole discretion.
Wrong Product Delivered?
If you receive a product different from what you ordered, please contact us within 2 days of delivery via WhatsApp, phone, email, or by raising a support ticket for your order. Include photos of the received product and packaging along with your order ID.
We will verify the mismatch and, if confirmed, arrange for the correct product to be delivered or issue a refund at our discretion. If a return pickup is required, we will arrange it at our expense.
Non-Returnable Items
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Perishable items
- Products without original packaging
The above items cannot be returned. However, if they are damaged or defective, you may still report the issue within 2 days of delivery as described above.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are initiated manually after our internal verification. Once initiated, the amount is usually credited back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
For any refund-related queries, please contact us directly. Do not initiate chargebacks without reaching out to us first, as this may delay the resolution process.
