Delivery Coverage
Purulia (723101)
Same-day delivery available for orders placed before 2:00 PM on business days. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be delivered the next business day.
Other Cities in India
Delivery within 5-7 business days via our courier partner. Tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp/SMS once the order is dispatched.
International Shipping
We currently do not ship internationally. We only deliver within India.
Shipping Charges
Purulia (723101)
Free delivery on orders above ₹500. For orders below ₹500, a delivery charge of ₹30 applies.
Other Cities in India
Free delivery on orders above ₹1000. For orders below ₹1000, a delivery charge of ₹80 applies.
Payment Methods
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available only for deliveries within Purulia (723101). A nominal COD convenience fee may be applied at checkout. COD is not available for personalized or custom-made products.
Online Payment
We accept online payments through Razorpay for all locations, including Purulia and other cities across India. Accepted methods include UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets.
Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 12-24 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- You will receive an order confirmation via WhatsApp or email once your order is placed.
- Tracking details and dispatch confirmation will be shared via WhatsApp/SMS once the order is shipped.
- For same-day delivery in Purulia, orders must be placed before 2:00 PM on business days.
Important Notes
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary during peak seasons, festivals, or due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Please ensure the delivery address and phone number provided are accurate to avoid delays.
- If no one is available at the delivery address, our delivery partner will attempt to contact you. After two failed delivery attempts, the order may be returned to us and additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
