Our physical store is located at: 1st Floor, Room No 11, Gari Khana, Municipality Complex, near M Bazar, Purulia, West Bengal 723101, India.

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order on our website. By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

If you are under 18, you may use our website only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

4.1 Order Placement

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at our discretion.

4.2 Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice. Prices displayed at the time of checkout are the prices you will be charged.

4.3 Payment Methods

We accept payments through our secure payment gateway powered by Razorpay. Accepted payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets. All payment information is processed securely and we do not store your payment card details.

4.4 Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email or WhatsApp. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. Your order is accepted only when the products are dispatched.

4.5 Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched by contacting us via phone, WhatsApp, or email. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is subject to our return and refund policy.

We make every effort to deliver within the estimated timelines, but delays may occur due to factors beyond our control including weather, traffic, courier partner delays, or force majeure events.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the address provided by you.

6.1 Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at our discretion.

6.2 Wrong Product Delivered

If you receive a product different from what was ordered, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for pickup of the wrong product and delivery of the correct one at no additional cost.

6.3 Non-Returnable Items

Personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned or refunded unless they are damaged or defective. Perishable items (if any) are also non-returnable.

6.4 Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to the original payment method.

To place an order, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:
